System Cloud Account Ownership Transfer button w/ Report.
AnsweredA simple "transfer Ownership" button feature that allows an SI to set himself up as a system owner during the commissioning & configuration phase of a deployment, and then transfer "ownership" of the system to the end user once deployment is complete.
It would be fantastic if this was accompanied with a system report showing forecasted retention times, All Users created, Camera details, any related credentials and system issues.
This would assist with smooth handovers and technical transparency to ensure a completed system meets any desired specifications as initially set out by the end user.

Hello Saul,
Transferring Ownership is definitely a needed feature. We're are planning to add it in one of the nearest cloud releases.

We already have something similar in the "Information" tab in web admin or cloud portal. It doesn't have info about users, but has list of all issues, camera info, retention times, etc. Is it something we could improve there or you are talking about something new?

Great,
The info displayed on the web admin page is great; I was aiming more towards a single auto generated document that could be used as a "handover" document so ensure a non technical end user or manager has the facility to verify the system is as it should be- or as per specification.
Thanks:)

Thanks for the explanation.
We had plans for something similar, just to be used not as "handover" document, but a health report that system admin can receive automatically per some period to ensure that system is running good. And it seems that these functions can be covered by the same report.
I like the idea, and will try to get it done in the future, but currently can give your any estimates regarding it.
Likely that it is year or more from now.
