We have a NX Plugin to inject objects metadata on a video stream. It works perfectly. However, if I play a 10 days old video I am not able to see any objects metadata there even the video shows the yellow line indicating there is an object there. Moreover, I can not see any object information on the objects panel on the right for that period of time. This does not happen 1 hour old video. How can I recover old object information and see it on the NX?

  I see.

  It's known bug. It has been fixed. You could check the latest MetaVMS 4.1.0.31193 R8.

  Hi Andrey,

  We have installed MetaVMS 4.1.0.31193 R8. We hope metadata won't be removed from the system.

  However we face a strange behaviour of the system. If we select one hour of time within 5 days in the past, we observe the detected objects in the objects tab but we do not see them in the main screen. How is that happening? Is there some lag on the objects loader? Is it related with the same issue you told me is solved on this new release?

  Hello,

  When there is metadata saved for a particular camera, several options becomes available in the right-click menu.

  You could try them. See a screenshot.

  We have the "Show Always" option. However, they do not appear. Can it be a bug?

  Hi,

  You have installed the latest version on 2020.07.07.

  The fix will work with new records only, because it changes the way the objects are stored. So, I suppose, the metadata in the recordings earlier than 2020.07.07 won't be shown.

  I understand. Yes, this problem appears only for records stored before 2020.07.07.
