Allow analytic plugins to analyze the existing archive.

In some cases, users implemented video analytics after the system has been running for a while or imported video archives as virtual camera to Nx with analytic plugin to perform post event investigation. 

Would be great to have the ability to do archive analytics for these scenarios.
