Direct Download API Forbbiden [403]

Hi, recently I test on API which I could download video from sample server successfully
http://demo.networkoptix.com:7001/ 

but I notice in a few days every API are working fine except

'Direct Download API'
http://demo.networkoptix.com:7001/static/index.html#/developers/api/hls/%3CcameraId%3E.%3Cformat%3E 

I got 403 forbidden in return
only account I use is just demo account
as stated in this page :
https://support.networkoptix.com/hc/en-us/articles/202856206-Where-can-I-find-the-Nx-Witness-SDK-API- 

username: demo@networkoptix.com
password: NxDemoUser

I'm not sure if this issue also apply to all video API or not?
or I misunderstood something, please take a look for me.

  Hello Wisanu, 

  Demo user does not have permissions to see the archive at demo.networkoptix.com, but download requires this permission, so the request returns 403 - forbidden.

  Please, try on your local system using the account with archive permissions.
