PTZ Presets Independent of Camera Admin Settings

I would like to request the ability to assign "Create and Manage PTZ Presets" without giving the user access to the recording/camera settings of the camera.  My use case is as follows:  

 

DW Spectrum with 6-8 Servers running 400+ cameras across a campus, for example, a university.  Each department is responsible for their own facilities and their own cameras.  Users between departments do not share cameras, however security has some cameras in key locations around the campus.  The Security Desk needs to be able to see and move the cameras, however, the Security manager login needs to be able to change the PTZ presets but not the recording settings to handle changing special events.  The recording settings would not change so there is no need to give them access to the camera settings, stream data, etc.  If I did need to change recording (say panic recording, etc), I could do that with a soft key and fixed duration recording.

  Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the late reply. We are still debating if we should include user rights redesign(improvement into 4.2). We will consider your feedback on this.
