Using http generic event from 3rd party software in plugins

Hello

Can I use http generic events from 3rd party software in my plugin?

For examlple, my software recognizes licence plate and sends generic event to Nx with recongition data (e.g. in "metadata" parameter). Can I get generic event data in meta sdk?

If no, how can I implement this feature in my plugin?

  Hello Pavel,

  What specifically you are trying to achieve?

  One way would be to establish the connection to the software from inside the plugin and receive data directly there.

   

  Generic events, received by the server, are not available in the plugin today, but we were thinking about some ways to let plugins access more information from the system. 

  We would like to learn more about your scenario: what for do you want to use events in the plugin? What will the plugin do once it receives the event?
