Select Email Notification Recipient
AnsweredWe currently have one master account created for the cloud service and we attach each instance of the NVR to this master cloud account. When a seperate email address and SMTP server are configured on the NVR it sends the alert to that address plus the cloud account email address that the NVR is attached to. It would be nice to have the ability to only send to the email address specified on the NVR SMTP settings tab so that we can have a master account that isn't getting hit with tons of alert emails.

Hi Travis,
You can edit list of emails recipients in the Event Rules. (dialog can be opened by "Ctrl + E" or by the button on the "General" tab of System Administration dialog). By default all "send email" rules are configured to send emails to both system owners (user "admin" and cloud account). Separate users can be selected after you select option "Show all users" in the left bottom corner of the select user dialog.
