Some cameras have sensor inputs on it.  Is there a way i can have Nx to get those sensor triggers and popup/email?

  That works fine on my Axis cam (M1054). You can add a rule for the camera: "When <Input Signal on Camera>". In the "Input ID" dropdown you can chose between "Input 1" and "PIR Sensor" . I've only tested the PIR input, but I'd suppose that the binary input 1 would work the same.
