Add GPU metrics to the Server Monitoring

For the Server Monitoring that is accessible via the GUI, it would be great to also include GPU metrics. This would be very useful to see when troubleshooting issues and trying to determine if the GPU is hitting bottlenecks.

  I have also been missing GPU metrics here and in server monitor in the client.
