Can't create output file
CompletedWe have a new site where someone supplied us a server running Ubuntu Server edition, and we have installed and setup NX but we are having issues with recording.
In Storage management, we can see the 3 x 20TB drives and they are all enabled, but recording is not working. The history bar at the bottom is flashing on and off, and the red recording circle3 next to the camera is going on and off. The logs from the webpage show this constantly:
I am assuming this is a permissions issue?

Issue resolved. It appears that it was the name of the drive when it was partitioned. I don't know the exact details but NX Witness did not like the names of the drives. Changed and it was fixed.
