Transcode on export from desktop client from h265

Hi, 

Windows (does not ship with the decided) and a lot of devices don't support h265.

My users know how to export, but then the video doesn't play on their PC. So I have to do it for them and then transcode using hand brake to h264.

Can a feature be added to transcode on export to h264? And even better, an option to select reducing size to 1080p?
