Nx client is suddenly closing during fast forwarding of archive when viewing remotely via VPN

Hi there!

Maybe someone have met this problem: Nx client is suddenly closing during fast forwarding of archive when viewing remotely via VPN. Internet channel has a pretty good connection speed, server and client machine are not overload, but if only we start to increase the speed of viewing, even in the second resolution - client suddenly close, without any fixing in log.              What I have to do or check to fix this inconvenience?                                                                    Thanks a lot!                                                                                                                                     BR
