User Management for Owner Cloud Account
Hello
I would like to know if it's possible to manage users/technicians/installers within our owner Cloud account.
Currently, all our technicians use the “Master” credentials, which allow them to link an NX server to our Cloud account and access all NX servers connected to it.
However, this raises some security concerns — for example, when an employee leaves the company.
To avoid any confusion in translation: I’m not referring to user management on a specific NX server, but rather on the Cloud owner account that oversees all our NX servers.
Is this possible? If so, how?

Thank you for your feedback, it helped me learn more. Apparently, we have a “perpetual license” account, which does not allow us to use or test your suggestion — we would need to switch to an enterprise account. In any case, thank you for your response. I will look into this option nonetheless.
