Summary

Provide enhanced notifications when cameras are offline

Description

When a camera is offline for a certain duration send a nofification and then send a followup notification at a set duration until it is either acknowledged or resolved.

For example if a camera is offline for 30-60 minutes send a notification and then send a followup notification every 6 hours unless they hit “ignore”.

Business impact of the limitation or the missing feature

 We find that the current notification occurs too often when devices/links/etc go down, get rebooted, updated, etc that they are ignored and miss when a camera is actually offline so I request this be modified to stay competitive and keep cameras all online.
