Feature Request - 'Auto Profile' Toggle with Optimization
It is common for Axis, Samsung, and other cameras to have issues after an update due to Nx Witness/Spectrum's optimization being turned on. It will often create dwspectrumP/dwspectrumS | dwspectrumPrimary | dwspectrumSecondary | etc.
profiles that don't function correctly. While Camera Settings > Expert > Onvif Settings has the very nice option to force a specific profile, this doesn't always show as available.
While I understand that having the software automatically configure usable profiles is beneficial to avoid having to manually set up Onvif on many cameras that have it disabled/not created by default, I find that in a lot of cases it priorities the automatically created profiles over existing functional profiles.
By having a function that allows one to enable or disable this feature, it can allow the user to use optimization for cameras without the risk of profiles being made incorrectly or having issues after updates.
If such a function were possible and implemented, I would also recommend that the default configuration be disabled.
I think it would also be beneficial to have a global enable/disable, as well as the option to enable/disable per device regardless of the global setting. For example, if optimization is globally disabled, you can't “disable” it on a camera. If you enable optimization, you'll be able to disable it on the camera, but to disable it on the camera would already be fruitless as optimization has already occurred on the camera.

This is good practice.
