    Thank you for your post.

    In regards to the push notifications issue, try logging into the web portal with the cloud account used for the mobile app (nxvms.com is the web portal address).

    Once logged in through the web portal, try to enable push notifications via the mobile device again and verify if they work. If they do not, then we will likely need a support ticket to our support team so we can investigate further with you.

    In regards to the 6.0.3 release, it is not yet available which is likely why you were unable to find the release page for it. It's expected release is within the next 2 to 4 weeks though, barring any issues that arise before it's planned release.

    Please reply back to let us know if there are any further questions or if you need assistance with creating a support ticket regarding the first item if it's still occurring after the suggested steps are completed.

    just FYI 6.0.3 was posted on the download page. If you go to the Nx Witness download page, it links to version 6.0.3.40736 and that is the version that is downloaded. https://nxvms.com/download/releases/windows

    I logged into the web portal with my cloud account and I was still unable to enable push notifications on my mobile app. I also logged out of the app and logged in again without success. 

    I'm running the Digital Watchdog version of Nx Witness, would you like me to open a support ticket with them, or you guys since Network Optix are the developers?

    I also just got notified by a customer that they are also unable to receive push notifications on the DW Mobile app.

    As of 4/14/2025 at 9:55pm EST it looks like the push notification service has been restored.

    Thank you for the replies and confirmation regarding the push notifications. So you're aware, there was an issue with push notifications that we identified much later in the day yesterday and the SRE team was able to resolve it.

    In regards to the 6.0.3.40736 release, my response was based on the ETA from our release team which was end of April, however it appears they may have released it early.

    I also verified that when I click the “What's New” link, it shows the 6.0.3.40736 release notes. Please confirm for us if that's not the case, thank you.
