Event rule names
It would be excellent if there was a way to include a column for event rules. The comments section already exists in the event rule, so if a column could be added to include comments in the rule table, that would solve the issue.

Hello!
In the upcoming 6.1 version we did some redesign of the event rules UI, one of them I believe is exactly what you describe!
Comments are now displayed in the table and it's possible to search for the rule by this field.
You can always try our beta, and we would be happy to receive your feedback.
