    Thank you for your post.

    Please check and verify that recording is enabled on the camera, if not, then it will need to be turned on (and configured as needed). Cameras may not show up if recording is not enabled for them.

    If you still do not see it with recording enabled, then the issue could be a lack of configured analytic items on the camera end. If necessary, we would suggest that you reach out to us via a support ticket at that point if there are still concerns/issues.
