unable to upgrade or uninstall Client

The unusual scenario in NX won't uninstall or upgrade due to displaying an error message saying error reading from file C:\users\user.name\onedirve - (our company)\pictures\nx witness background\cafe.jpg . Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.
The thing is, it's another user's profile, and the user logged in won't have access to me, even though I am an admin of the pc. I'm not sure what can be done. We are trying to upgrade from version 5 to the latest 6; we just tried on the first two machines with the same error. any help is appreciated

On the surface it appears that the jpg file in question is being used as a custom client background, probably configured as part of a layout maybe?
In any case, removing that layout or editing it to remove/change the background I'm assuming would likely result in the error going away.

Thanks for taking the time to reply.
The jpg in question wasn't being used. I believe it's an access issue under the user's profile.
I ended up copying my default files under my profile to the said location for the user, and the app was able to be uninstalled.
