    Thank you for your post.

    On the surface it appears that the jpg file in question is being used as a custom client background, probably configured as part of a layout maybe?

    In any case, removing that layout or editing it to remove/change the background I'm assuming would likely result in the error going away.

    If you continue to have issues though even after identifying where the file is being used within the client, then please feel free to reach out to us via a support ticket or let me know here, and I'll be able to convert this post to a support ticket so we can assist further.

    Thanks for taking the time to reply.

    The jpg in question wasn't being used. I believe it's an access issue under the user's profile.

    I ended up copying my default files under my profile to the said location for the user, and the app was able to be uninstalled.
