VMS API: Displaying Recorded Camera Footage at a Specific Time

Hi, I'm Ali,

I am writing a system integrated with the vms system. When the user clicks to watch a certain recording of the camera, that recording of the camera should come to the vms screen.

How can I do this with the API? In other words, how can I present the recorded image of the camera at a specific time?
