Feature Request - Soft Buttons

We use soft buttons to remotely reset 5G routers that have the associated camera on. When a camera goes offline the buttons also disappear. Can we have the feature implemented so the buttons are always visible even when a camera is offline Thanks

  Can you please specify, what version are you using? I'm using v6.0. and buttons are displayed even when the device is offline. Or maybe we're talking about different things?

  Hi V6 latest build, it seems they only stay for a certain period of time is what we find.  Don't know if its anything to do with them bring http request soft buttons.

  I've filed a ticket in our support system, because it does look more like a bug.
