Summary
After installing NX Witness 6.0.1.39873 from NX Witness 5.1.4.38659 I started receiving “LDAP Sync Issue Reason: Failed to connect to the LDAP server.” At 6 hourly interval. I have adjusted the
Environment
- Nx Witness Version: 6.0.1.39873 server.
- Client OS: Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2 10.0.22621 N/A Build 22621
- Server OS: Microsoft Windows Server 2022 Datacenter 10.0.20348 N/A Build 20348
- Network Topology: 1 server, 9 cameras, 4 clients, and 14 switches in the system.
- Special features: DCs are local, but part of a International mesh.
Reproduction Scenario
Wait 6 hours
Expected Behavior
No LDAP sync warnings
Actual Behavior
Error every 6 hours.
Additional Information
Network and DCs have not changed since version upgrade. All systems are rebooted every 30ish days for patching, not at the same time.
