Merged v6 system missing cameras

We merged three 6.0 systems together and two of the systems (the two added to the first) had their camera names reset. We named the cameras again, so that wasn't too bad, but then we realized one of the servers is missing three of it's cameras.
The cameras are working on the network and if we try to readd them to the server it shows the cameras already added. However they are nowhere to be found in the device tree or camera list. They don't show up on the alternate servers in the hive either.
Any idea what might be happening to cause this or how to fix it?

To follow up, we ended up unmerging all the systems and the cameras reappeared. So we cleaned up the names, reindexed the database (just in case) and then did a settings backup and restore on each server. The second merging worked as expected this time around and everything seems fine.
