Server replacement

Good day to all,

A client with a Hive of 20 servers needs to replace one of them.

How do we do this without losing the server and camera's configuration?

Video storage is being done on a NAS over the network.

Doing this on a single server is a no brainer but once a server is in a Hive, it is not the same to us.

  Morning Miguel,
  If you are not pressed for time, one option is that you could configure your storage locations on the new server. Then you can add the new server to the hive and then just drag and drop cameras from the old server over to the new server. You could then deal with the old server at your leisure ;-). I would then wait until the recordings have gone through a complete cycle of days before removing the old server. Remember to make sure to transfer any licenses over before removing the old server.
