Expand User Rights

For bigger installations and clients we are migration from <another VMS> to Network Optix we found out that the user rights are very limited and sometimes that stops us from moving to NX. A few examples are:

- Disable users to view individual camera's (only access layouts)
- Users with live view permissions can still take screenshots
- Prevent users from creating/sharing layouts (make this optional)
- Create option that users always logout on closing the application and pre-select server for authentication upon opening software (for local users)

I really hope that the user rights can be expanded since this is basically unusable currently.
