Plugin Seeting UI - Label after Text field

Hi,

I have a requirement to display Label (seconds) after the Spinbox in the Nx Plugin UI settings as shown in the following image. Currently Plugin settings allows text as caption before the spinbox but I need to display text before and after the text box.

Is it possible to add text before and after spinbox.
