    Can you confirm if the Nx Media Server service itself is disabled? If not, then that would likely be why it's starting.

    It sounds like you may have disabled it as a startup program but didn't disable the service associated with it so the service is still starting on startup along with all other Windows services that are configured as Automatic startup.
