when made zoom in with the joystick in ptz camera immediately the camera make zoom out.

  Can you confirm for us if your joystick is one of the following?

  •Axis T8311

  •Hanwha Techwin SPC-2000

  Please also provide a screenshot of the Joystick Settings configured within the client software so we can confirm that it is configured correctly there as well.

  yes, the joystick is axis t8311

  other problem is when move some camera ptz another camera ptz also moves
