disable all drives in storage management

Hi.

Thank you for nx's support.

We are a partner of network optix, and while testing the product, a question arose.

The operating environment is:
Version: 5.1.4.38659
OS: Windows 11 Pro

 

I knew I could disable all drives in storage management.
What kind of situation can I effectively use all drive disabling?

  Thank you for your post.

  When all storage is disabled then that effectively turns off the ability to record new footage to those storage devices.

  Warnings may show within the client (these are captured from our 6.0 release) which further details the warnings around disabling the storage.
