NX Witness - Web Portal - Paging/Buffering video

Hi, I have a NX Witness setup using a Windows client and Raspbian 4B, 4GB, board.  

The video works fine when viewed using the Window client. 

The video using the web page always has three paging/buffering dots, it never settles and properly displays video.  I've tried using a modem only - no WiFi enabled and WiFi connection, both are not able to stream the video without buffering.

Is there a solution for the above problem?

  Apologies for not responding sooner.
  for ARM clients, we block transcoding. For regular servers, it is limited to 2, I think.
  In your case, the web stream likely triggers transcoding. We plan to fix it soon with our new WebRTC-based layouts on the cloud.
