Conditions on camera rules

Good morning, is it possible to implement the "condition" function within the camera rules?

For example, following analysis event send email only if i/o module input is active.
Or analysis event saves bookmark to camera input condition.

Without this function, there is no way to restrict email sending to unattended facility. Function that I use a lot in other systems and do not find here.
