Problem metadata Hikvision

Good morning, I have recently been using this VMS and I really like it, but unfortunately I find little documentation regarding the import of metadata for Hikvision cameras. In the objects category I find the word "unknown" several times and the date is not synchronized with the correct time of the camera. What can and should I check?

  Hello Andrea.

  There may be integration issue between the VMS metadata plugin and the camera firmware. The further investigation requires access to the camera.

  I have converted this topic to a support ticket, let us communicate there.
