WAVE sync cannot connect

I am working in Hanwha Vision HQ in Korea.

I using Wisenet WAVE system, and it cannot connect WAVE sync in my PC.

Internet now working well, only WAVE sync not work.

I tried to check with Ichiro who technical support in Taiwan, he guide to make ticket.

Please let me know what I do.
