PTZ control by camera

Hi,

 

one more great thing will be if we can enable or disable control of PTZ cameras by each camera, for example: I want to enable control of 5 PTZ camera for one user and for another user I want to disable controlling 2 PTZ cameras only, controlling of rest 3 cameras user should not have, but view of this PTZ cameras should be provided for all user
