1.我在createEvent API輸入timestamp的時間是UTC時間，格式是毫秒例如1698287881229，基本上時間顯示是正確的，但我發現有時候在顯示桌面通知上的事件時間會自動加8小時，可是當我滑鼠滑過去看時間又是正確的，這是怎麼回事??

2.再來我發現假如我確定我只有發送一次10/25/2023 7:15:13 PM的createEvent API，但這筆紀錄卻是在10/25/2023 7:15:48 PM以後才收到???而且我看事件紀錄顯示收到了兩筆10/25/2023 7:15:13 PM的事件但我只有送一筆，這好奇怪...
