    Hi Scott,

Could you list the actions you have performed so far to do the job?

And please share the screenshots of the data that you would like to get rid of.

    Hi Sergey,

Thank you for getting back to me. Attached are screenshots illustrating the specific data I'm looking to delete.

    I have tried those actions:

    1. delete /opt/networkoptix/mediaserver/var/data/d4612809-08c1-46af-8bbd-ea9b0c6cc8bd/object_detection.sqlite (not work)

    2. delete /opt/networkoptix/mediaserver/var/data/d4612809-08c1-46af-8bbd-ea9b0c6cc8bd/archive (not work)

    3. delete /opt/networkoptix/mediaserver/var/mserver.sqlite (not work)

    4. delete /opt/networkoptix/mediaserver/var/ecs.sqlite (It works, but it also deletes all of my existing configurations., ex: camera)

I'm wondering if there's a way to remove only the plugin information, without affecting other configurations,

    thanks

    Hello,

At the moment, there is no other way to delete specific plugin information, but deleting the database. It's done by intention, because objects detected need a plugin reference even after the plugin has been removed from the system.
