Update Camera OSD from NX

When new Hikvision or other cameras are added to NX, the OSD name shows default (typically Camera 01), and is not changed by NX, and therefore has to be done manually by logging into the camera web interface.  This is both laborious and can lead to a mismatch of name with the system.

It would be really great if NX mirrored behaviour with NVRs, where the name on the system is automatically mirrored to the camera OSD.
