Recording issue

Hey,

I have been handling a recording issue with 2 Hikvision cameras we have even though we have 4 more cameras and don't see those issues.

we see 'gaps' throughout the day and don't understand why

We do not have any ethernet issue or any network issue related but when I checked the 'camera issue' on Nx this is what I got:

  Based on your logs there is an issue with the connection between the server and the camera.
  Try to ping the camera at the same time and log the ping.
