Session expired. Re-enter pasword

Dear all,

My company have issue with user logon on Decoder to the witness software, some (01 munite)munites it auto log-out and show error:

Sesion expired. re-enter password

Session duration limtit can be changed by a system administrator.

Please help.

  Hi Minh.hv

  I'm new to NX witness but I do know that you can change the session duration in System Administration >Security

  Under User Activity there is a tick box which says Limit Session Duration

  Under that is a value and whether in minutes, hours, or days

  Removing the tick means it won't log out (probably not recommended) but you can change the time to longer if required.
