Currently, there are a lot of different locations to get certain information. Sometimes it will be deep within the directories of the OS, sometimes in the registry, sometimes in the web interface, and even then, sometimes within the advanced settings of the web interface. I think it would be beneficial if there was a more streamlined way to get some of this information utilizing the client software.
Using the client, you are able to view the server logs without accessing the OS of the server directly by right-clicking on the server in the resource tree and viewing the logs. This can be applied to other logs as well. For example, by including a HW_log option under "licenses" would be a fantastic addition. This can help see the HW log history without the need of being directly on the system. You could also include the update.log under the updates page to see when the system was updated.
There are also other items that I think should be included. For example, the Cloud ID information could be included under General or Cloud on System Administration instead of only on the web portal.
Server GUID could be reported somewhere within the client instead of having to access the registry of the server. This would make troubleshooting Cloud issues much simpler for customers who may have incorrectly cloned their systems and need to track down the servers with cloned GUIDs.
Log level settings should also be adjustable within the client. This would simplify troubleshooting for everyone if these changes could be made.
Last but not least, a server live time would be a great addition within the client. This could be helpful to see in a pinch how long a server has been running since the last time the server was stopped/restarted.
