Hikvision camera analytic - object search - confusion

Hello,

I am using bi-spectrum cameras from Hik-Vision. The thermal camera analyzes movements and the AI issues an alarm. So far so good.

Now there is the possibility to search for objects in Nx and the detected objects are displayed as yellow lines at the bottom of the bar.

With one camera it works perfectly, display at the bottom in the bar and on the right in the search I can filter for people.

I can't filter on the right with another camera, but it's shown below.

With the third camera, nothing is displayed below and also nothing on the right in the search, but I have a rule that an entry is made in the log when an analytic event is detected - a person detects it. It works with this camera.

The rest of the cameras see nothing at all. It is about the same model and the same firmware, the settings of the camera and in Nx are identical.

Where can I set that the objects are recognized as such?

  I learned through trial and error, that under linkage for motion detection in the camera you have to select channel record (A1) or whatever it is for NX to get the object meta data. obviously need to have human and vehicle selected in the motion detection settings for it to forward that information.
