Reason for logging in

I have had two separate clients ask for a similar feature: being able to turn on a feature that asks why a user is logging on. The user then must type a reason why before they can proceed.

This then can be searched for within the audit trail.

  I would like to see the same feature, with an exception to provide reason for archive viewing only. This could also be set on role, which is set for archive viewing purposes..

  Main reason for this feature is of a regulatory nature, whereas now, we need to record the reason for archive viewing outside of the NX. This feature would greatly simplify the audit trail.
