    Hello,

    It looks like a bug.

    Could you please indicate OS version, VMS build, camera model and firmware version?

    Please, do the following

    - delete the camera from the Server

    - change log level of the Server to DEBUG

    - start traffic capturing the traffic with wireshark

    - add the camera to the Server through multicast 239

    - enabling audio in the camera

    - open the camera on the scene

    - stop the Server

    - stop traffic capturing

    Share with us traffic capture file and archived log directory of the Server.
