Exporting video without audio

It would be interesting to be able to export recordings without audio, whether it's in the "nov/exe" or to "mp4/mkv/avi" format.
In some countries it might be illegal to record audio in some scenarios, while it is allowed to monitor Live Audio, but if the police request the recordings and you deliver to them files with audio, you might get in trouble.
