Audit who used a soft trigger (eg open door)

Desktop application > Camera Rules > Event Log

I only see the data, Event (Soft Trigger), Source, Action (Camera Outpu), Target and Description,  but not which user triggered it.

Where can I find this?

I do not see it under Audit Trail neither.

  Hello @...,

  Sorry, but in Nx Witness it is impossible to view which exactly user activated the soft trigger shared to multiple users.

  Still, there is a way to control this situation by limiting the users, who will be able to initiate this event. This can be done in the lower-left corner of the "Event Rules" tab. Select the "Available to" option and assign trusted users.

  Perhaps my advice will help you.

  Ok quite a pity, we have several users who can open all doors..
  I already limited the trusted users..
