NX Witness Mobile App Time Issue (NX Cloud)

I have a client with 3 different servers, each located at its own site, merged via NX Cloud to one large system. I'm experiencing an issue where the mobile client shows the wrong time temporarily. The mobile client will show the current (live) time being 6 hours prior to what the actual time is. after 1 minute and 30 seconds of system login the time will adjust and show the correct time. This problem is consistent every time I log into this client via the mobile app. The issue is being experienced on IOS as well as Android.
This problem is non existent on the desktop client.
Any help to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.e

I checked my systems, and all present the correct date and time.
Provide us more information about your system, please:1. Which version of NX Witness Mobile App are you using on your phone?
2. What is the value set for the "Use Server Time" function in the mobile application settings, enable or disable?
3. Have you tried to reproduce the problem by connecting to another system through your phone? If so, what was the result?
4. Could you add me as a test user to your system?
5. Please take a screenshot of the "Time Synchronization" tab as shown below and send it to us.
