Custom HLS segment duration

Hi,

Is there any way to set a custom segment duration for HLS streaming?
NX Witness seems to use a 6 second segment duration by default.

By the way, if the segment duration is a multiple of the keyframe interval, is NX Witness "smart" enough not to perform full transcoding in order to generate the HLS segments?

  In Server configuration options, you can define hlsTargetDurationMS.
