DW Cloud Notification Adjustments

Users will be alerted of additional servers being added into an existing system via DW cloud, but not all users need to be made aware of the new servers being added.  It would be nice to have a feature to disable DW Cloud emails for specific users that do not need to be made aware of the new servers added.

I couldn't find anywhere to adjust this on the Cloud portal or within the client configurations, so if this already exists I would love to know where to make the changes.
