(show Alarm Layout X amount of time)
this is a standard feature in the embedded Camera system Market

Hey Yehuda - good news - this feature will be available in v4.0. Set to Fullscreen and Exit Fullscreen will be new actions available in the Event Rules Engine.

Any update on getting this feature implemented? It's really different than the alarm screen because when just using one monitor for viewing, clients don't want to have to acknowledge the alarm. It would be great if it was just full screen for a predestined time

Hi,
We got similar need here, on an army site, we need to call a layout when intrusion is detected (working in Nx).
What we need is to move back to another layout after 5 minutes (can't find in Nx).
The rules we got, is only when event stopped, and that far too short for our need...

We have this functionality planned for the future, but unlikely it'll be ready within this year. Currently the only way of achieving it would be to set up some program outside of Nx Witness, which would trigger "open layout" actions through HTTP requests.
