Remote shell access or commands
AnsweredWe have a lot client servers that we manage. They're all ubuntu server and we use SSH to login and do routine maintenance. However that means we need to open up two ports on clients router and also manage all the keys. A big nightmare for scale.
You're security has improved a whole lot, good job guys.
Was wondering if a future API implementation is possible for "restricted" shell access commands and/or reverse ssh tunneling (Or powershell for the Windows guys)

Hi Guys, Have a look at webmin for Ubuntu deployments. Ive started using this and it works really well, just a single port and you can cluster servers together for a single interface. It has a full range of tools and options like SSH and Console as well as Network config, and full file access on the server. I noticed they also have a Windows option but have not tried it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Webmin
